As a life long Braves fan I really cant believe we are about to embark on the final regular season series of the illustrious career of the one and only Bobby Cox. He began his current tenure as manager of the Braves in 1990, and in that time period the rest of the national league has seen over 100 managers. I could go on and on about his achievements, or recount stories I've read, but I dint think that is the sort of thing Bobby would want. The most appropriate send off for our beloved manager would be a clinching of the National league Wild card and a trip to the playoffs. A lot of people ask, "who will replace Bobby?", the answer is irrelevant as there is plenty of unfinished business to take care of here in 2010.
The Sports Cycle ought to be pretty good next week, though we are still scrambling to arrange who our guests will be. When things are more concrete maybe I'll make a post.
